Print tips

  1. Print at 100% / "Actual size". Turn off "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit". Landscape, 3 pages.
  2. Check the calibration box on page 1: the lines must measure exactly 10 cm and 4 in, and a credit card must fit the dashed box (85.6 × 54 mm). If not, fix the print scale and reprint.
  3. Phone printing often scales pages. If you can, print from a computer.
  4. Heavier paper or cardstock lasts longer and stretches less.
  5. Cut each segment along its outline, keeping the gold glue tabs. Lay the next segment over the tab so its red-arrow edge meets the red line, then tape both sides.

How to measure

Measure snug, not tight: tape flat against skin or a thin base layer, level, no squeezing. Measure twice; if the numbers differ, use the larger.

Then add your numbers to your measurement profile, and see how we size. Bought gear? File a Fit Report.
